Hi everyone. Hope you're having a great holiday weekend. If you're thinking about Memorial Day and are interested in making contact with a soldier in harm's way, check out anysoldier.com.
I've used their website to connect with soldiers deployed in a combat zone since October. I haven't had any problems sending letters and care packages through this organization.
From the site:
Want to send your support to a Soldier in harm's way, but have no idea of what to send, who to send it to, or how to send it? The website provides addresses of soldiers deployed to a combat zone. They offer suggestions on care packages and letters, and how to send them.
Something as simple as a thank you note can brighten a soldier's day.
Have a wonderful weekend!
